Default Suspension going out?

I've got a '97 Prelude 5spd that I bought about a year ago with 125,000 miles. As of now, it's got about 145,000 miles, and I'm noticing that my suspension doesn't... feel the same.

In the past month or so, I've been noticing more... "shock knock." Whenever I go over a decent sized bump, or series of bumps, my car will make this knocking noise that it used not to. It feels a lot bouncier, and I don't feel like I have as much control as I should when going over rougher roads.

Could this be a sign of my suspension crapping out on me, or is it something else entirely? What can I do about it?

Its your shocks, get new ones and its a world of difference. You have a lot of miles on them.
