I have a small problem that I need some advice on. Recently I bought a T3 turbo from a guy and he threw in a greddy turbo manifold with it. The manifold doesnt match up with the turbo and it also doesnt have a flange for an extenal wastegate. My question is, should I have the holes welded, redrilled and tapped, and a flange for a wastegate added or should I just buy a new manifold? I am running out of funds fast and I need the cheapest option.
If anyone has a manifold for a D-series with a wastegate flange for sale, let me know. I might be interested.

I took a CRX HF manifold to a machine shop. The charged me $80 to make an adaper plate for a TD-05 turbo. My advice would be to check around at any machine shops and see what they will charge to make you turbo adapt to your manifold.

 

thats so cool that you guys can bolt turbos to the top half of your stock manifolds with an adapter
