dei dual zone proximity sensor kill switch

Default dei dual zone proximity sensor kill switch

how would i wire a on/ off switch so i could turn off my dual zone when i want, mine is set to sensitive so when it rains it triggers the warning chirps

How about just adjusting the inner and outer zones so that it doesnt do that...
or are you one of those paranoid types . Actually disabling the
DZ is kinda counter productive dont you think?

put it on silent mode where your prox is disabled

i agree 100% with every one
but any way to answer your question you would just do like a fuel pump kill switch cut the pos then run a wire to the toggle then the other wire and there you go i guess? pretty much common sense

Always set a little lower then you think. The microwaves have a tendency to creap out further then where you set it.

Clifford alarms allow you to shut the motion sensor off with the remote. I always thought the DEI prox sensor sucked. The clifford dual zone I thought was much better.

thanks for the help, i figured out how to turn it off with the remote, i agree the dei sensor does suck
