I just went out and got a NX wet kit for my car going to be putting it in on sunday. Needed something to make me go a little faster until i get my turbo setup done.

well lets see i put it in and got it running went out for the first drive with it i was in second gear and hit it no traction, same with third, and fourth. ( it was raining) so i go on a different street and hit it no traction i hit fourth and kinda holds traction i rapp it out and let off the gas and it goes down to idle and it does a free rev to 7400 rpm i am like wtf so i shut the car off and i loose all power before i shut it off there are no brakes whatsoever. so i start looking over my car and i see the little plug that goes on the back of the intake mani is gone and my filter is blown in three different chucks. i dont have any clue what happened. the kit i was using was a NX 75 wet shot. all of the connections are right but i have no clue what happened.

serously ur car backfired, and blew the intake filter, try not to test drive it in the rain no piont of course u would get no traction

ive seen ppls cars backfire and blow there intake filter
