ok, if i have the wheel turned, like i'm in the middle of an intersectionm or something, and i go from full vacum to throttle i hear this popping cracking noise. Only when the wheel is turned. It almost feels like my motor is rocxking back an forth (cause thats what it felt like when it did it before i got new motor mounts )

could likely be your cv joints. did you check the boot for any leaks?

 

also check the bolt through your rear motor mount if it feels like your motor is rocking. mine has come loose before probably because of the tremendous torque of the mighty B16.
