Default update: cat-back and short shifter installed (*56k caution*)

well i got tired of the stock exhaust and don't have any money to buy the test pipe i need to get my headers on, so i just put the cat-back on. and while i was at it went ahead and installed the short shifter and shifter bushings i've had sittin around. working on underbody parts sucks. the nuts connecting the b-pipe and cat were rustd shut. so i had to cut those out. everything went pretty easy after that. this exhaust is amazing. i drove to the gas station with the silencer in and it had a nice deep sound but it wasn't loud at all. i haven't driven with the silencer out yet. and the short shifter is great too. feels just right now. here are the pics of everything. (i love how the tip fits so close to the body!)

the exhaust is T1R and the short shifter is B&M. the exhaust hangers, the blue things, are polyurethane replacements for the stock rubbers.

Whats the point of that? Less vibration?

I like the exhaust but the only thing is that in the pictures, the muffler seems to be angled down instead of up like someone just welded on a muffler. Is it from the angle that you took the pics or is because it really is pointing down?

black sage - yeah it's a lot stiffer so it won't move around so much and a couple of my bushings were worn out so i just went ahead and replaced all of them.

mycord - actually the muffler is basically parallel to the ground.
