well my bike was jacked back in July...got it back a month later banged up but running fine (thank god)...but last night some more **** went down...


...my helmet/gloves got jacked
i was at a local restaraunt, locked my helmet (HJC) to my cowl....walked out an hour later and it was gone...gloves were inside the helmet and tucked in under a lit spot..they walked up and cut the straps ****** dumbasses

*******...today i'm off to buy a new helmet and a gat

oh, BTW i rode the bitch home 3 miles with no helmet @ 9pm...had to do what i had to do..scary *** ****, thats for sure...especially when its HIGHLY illgal here in cali..you cant even ride a bicycle without a helmet

well since my bike is my only transportation, i need a helmet ASAP..AND i didnt plan on spending this $$$...SOOO i'm probably gonna grab either an icon or a scorpion helmet to get me by for now.

i say if you're gonna get an icon or scorpion, just put out the extra 20 bucks or so and get the shoei tz-r. you should be able to get them for 229 i think at cyclegear.

its cool, i settled for the icon alliance in flat black...was only $170 OTD, just wish i woulda had the extra cash to fork out towards the GSXR Shoei...but it was an unforeseen purchase and didnt have time to wait and save

I heard you can easily buy straps for them.

I think they should do them like the removable faces on car stereos and make you produce a reciept for buying the helmet, or go direct to the company you got it from to get the strap.
