I would say major work...that's hardly the matter.

Some of the carbon needs to be trimmed, specifically where the lip extends into the portion of the fog light area. It can be done, fairly easy.

its extremely ez.
just for you honda teckers. i'll give you guys the secret.
all ya gotta do is shave the tabs where the "fog lites go on 90-91" go. and then screw it on.
one bad thing is that, its a lil long because the jdm sir front end is a lil larger then the usdm one. dunno if it'll work on the 88-89 front ends.
