Ok I was looking for a gsr motor swap i was just browsing through the classifieds here and found this:

Well my friend was also looking for a gsr shell so we thought hey lets just put our money together and buy the car. I would get a full swap for only $1600 which isnt bad at all, and my boy would get a gsr shell with a full interior and a easy fix. So as you can see we settled on $3200 and I sent him a deposite of $327 right away, this is when things start getting shady

The car was located in Kansas but this kid Aron(Jdm_Honda_Integra) lives in Utah, we were to send him the full payment with in a week(thank god our checks form school took that long to come) and drive down there to pick it up from this guy named Nick...right before i sent the money I call Nick who tells me the car is not Aron's because he has payed some but not all the money for the car and that he got tired of waiting so he sold the car...so i'm like WTF? Anyway i call aron back and tell him the deal is off because of what happened and send me back my deposit. At first he tells me he will when he gets some money in a week so i wait a week I'm not hearing anything so i email him and threaten to call paypal and file a claim and this retard basically dares me too... and now he wont return any of my emails so i filed a claim but there is no gaurantee i get my money back...I'm so pissed right now man... i dont know what else I can do?

I hate to sound mean but it is only $327. Count your losses and move on. You contacted paypal, I dont think the police will get involved for such a small dollar amount. You did the right thing, it could have been worse.

Now, if you want to be an ******* you can get a plane ticket find his address and kick his ***.

Contact your credit card company if that's how you paid. Paypal is just about useless if you've been screwed out of money. I'd almost guarentee that your credit card company wil get you your money back. good luck.

I hear you man but when your in university bustin your *** $327 is a lot you know, oh well i hope he sees this and has the heart to pay up probably wishful thinking though

 

that sux, i don't think i'd buy anything from anybody on here unless they were well known/had vouches. But paypal is usually good about that stuff. and yea, 327$ for ppl like us is like a weeks worth of work if not longer

 

yeah i hope paypal can get it back but i dont know not trying to get my hopes up....if someone knows dis dude Jdm_Honda_Integra tell him to do the right thing and refund my deposit!!!
I'm sure this has happened before, has anyone had luck getting their money back from paypal?

People like us?! I pay to go to college as well. I have been working 32 hr/ week since high school. I know 327 is a lot of money, it takes me a little under a week to bring that home. I'm just trying to say something positive. He learned a valuable lesson. Some people get scammed for their life savings.

If you have the guys phone number that might be a way to track him down.

 

jdm_honda_integra actually tried to buy a jdm front off someone else. He sent a 100 dollar deposit and then after like 2 weeks he decided he didnt want the jdm front anymore so he demanded the deposit back from the seller. The seller didnt refund because he had tried to ship the front to Aron and aron didnt want it. So I think jdm_honda_integra just did that to you to get his money back from flaking on the seller with the jdm front. I suggest you go to the address that you sent the money to and find him yourself. He has been really shady on this site.

 

Man that sux man. HT should do somethin bout that if he's messin around like that. Give him Bad name or sumptin. That would protect other HT users.

 

After the last email i recieved from him in which he jdm_honda_integra says and I quote:

"GO ahead and contact paypal, see what they say. Guarenteed if you go
through paypal ou won't get your money back any sooner than a month...
if at all."

I email him back after that one more time and asked him to send my money or I would file a complaint I never heard anything so I did. Now he sent me this last night:

"So I have been away for about a week and I came home and checked my
email and you filed a dispute? I was going to send it but now I guess
you can just wait for a month for Paypal to give it back... whatever
works for you."

The ******* nerve of some people, he sends no communication, doesn't reply to my emails and am a mind reader to know he's goin away and then comes back and tells me he was going to send my money but now i can wait WTF?

 

**** that ****..what an ***...make grief for him..file **** with the FBI's internet fraud department...I would beat his fucken ***...make hell for his scamming ***..

 

I think you should distribute his email address to all tha spamming sites out there. And get all kinds of credit card junkmail sent to his home address.

I know how you feel. I got ripped $450 about 6 months ago and $100 just recently.

 

something like this happened to me. but not in this site. I bought a jdm engine for my mazda mx3 for about 1300 bucks. And what i got was dirty scrap metal. I got the engine taken appart and the shop said the only thing good on the engine was the crank. lol. I agree with PLAGUEDDB7, make him sorry. I was lucky cuz my dad was a lawyer and he contacted everyone he could to make this one guys companie pay dearly for ******* me over. and i just got 1000 back. its not all of it but im happy.
