Default I think I broke something- looking for advise did search! HELP HT!

Well sometime about 1 1/2 year and a half ago I had my dizzy rebuild w/ new internals. I'm from the bay was in LA and my car broke down nobody could get me a new dizzy. I settled for a rebuild. Well onto the story.. I was driving yesterday about 5 minutes into my daily commute. I'm in 2nd going thru my street when out of the cuts I switch to third and my car sounded and flet as if I switched to 5th. It started putting and rumbling with no really pull. I pulled over, open my hood check the belt, dizzy wires and when I got the #3 plug wire connecting to the dizzy the plug was very loose almost about to fall off, so I pushed it in- figured it would fix the problem but it remained the same. So I'm thinking something in the dizzy went out, but not sure... car sounds like a WRX right now when I hit the gas. Anyway experience this issue or can recommend a direction to go. Car has a B16A, kinda of sounds like a miss fire- car stays on- help please!

Check to make sure all your wires are securly on the plugs. Sometimes if it isnt fully on it will pop off from everywhere it can. How old are the wires? Time for a change?

Well lucky I got a 94 GSR sitting pretty at my uncles garage. SO i'mma go about just swaping out dizzy's for right now. See if that fixes it, plus it is time for a tune up- so I'm putting an order in for that now. Or I should just stop being lazy and swap out my b16 for my b18c5 haha. Dam you know before you know it's been 4 years in this game and I'm sitting on too many extra parts and projects. Starting to think I should get out and cave in and get an SUV.

if its a misfire, just pull each plug wire (one by one). you'll hear the engine die a little more when you remove a wire thats NOT causing the problem.

if you a remove a wire, and it sounds the same, then there's your problem.

check for spark...
if there is spark, check the injector(s).

good luck!
