Fan noise??

Fan noise??
My '96 GSR with 181K miles sometimes makes a strange noise when the fan kicks on - usually happens when I'm backing into my garage. It almost sounds like a rapid plastic vs plastic noise. It doesn't happen all the time - only 3 times now.
Any ideas?
