My 00 turboed Si was stolen on Easter of all days. These kids have no values. I hope later on they'll deserve whats coming for them. This is my first post and maybe my last depending on if I get another SI. I've always been reading the forums, but never posted anything.

She got dynoed in Mar. 03 about 280 whp & 215tq at 1 bar. She did have an alarm, but it wasn't active at the time. Here are some pics and will show a pic of the engine in a few days. Enjoy and say goodbye...






A few days later I did move the AVCR right under the headunit. That looked sooo clean and alot easier to use then where it was before. Well anyway see ya later. Right click on pic icon then click on view image.

i would've payed $500 to LoJack or Viper and got GPS tracking......

another SI gone... unfortunately, this is why I hate fixing up hondas now. People jack the car for the parts. After i sell my civic, I'm going to Toyota...


More then likely your car is stripped. Watch your parts for sale here on H-T or eBay.

srry 2 hear that man...unfortunaly u cant trust ne1 when it comes 2 ur Import..b/c in some cases they just assume sell u up the river then 2 pull u out..and it always the person sellin u out that u least expect it...or maybe easter was just a bad day all 2gether 4 u and they just picked ur car outta nowhere...good luck my friend..

 

sorry for ur loss, hopefully ur covered by insurance and hopefully ull find it soon ..

i dunno tho, it seems a lot of the thefts recently have had very little security, like unarmed alarms or no alarms, no kill switches, etc ..

dam u should of gotten lo-jack...it would of made this situation a lot easier...dam it hurts when someone puts mad work into their wips and then some ******* comes through and snatches dat ****....no heart at all.....had some friends that it happened to.best of luck to u man

I feel ya man... last december my car also got stolen... it was the sadest day of my life... I didn't know whether to cry or to cry... it sucked caused I had my finals that day too... I woke up ready to take and boom my car was gone... I had to wait till after all my finals to report to the cops ... the cops then went far enough as to say maybe my friends took it and I was like **** you pig.... but then luckly it was winter and I had taken off a lot of items... just like you my siren was disabled....fuckk best of luck to you though

is that 500 dollar a one time fee or is it a monthly fee after that you have to pay? And if you tell the cops that you have them GPS tracked, will they actually be able to take action right at that moment, or wouldn't they need a warrant to be issued before actually going into someones house?
