Default A question about adding a stock Honda civic spoiler?

My girlfriend has a stripped down 2 door, white, 2002 Civic. It has hubcaps, no spoiler or anything else. She loves the way my Z looks and wants to mod her car a little. We were thinking about adding a stock type Honda civic spoiler but i was wondering do all Civics have the 3rd brake light wiring in the trunk? I kind of gave a quick glance in the trunk and i didn't see any wire spare wire loom. Also do the aftermarket stock replacement types come with the torque rods to keep the trunk from always falling down from the extra weight? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
