There is a 94 vtec prelude for sale in my area with only 91000 original miles on it. Motor sounds like it's good condition, but i'm wondeirng how much to expect to pay for few other problems. The lady said there is a "bubbling" of some sort on the sunroof, probably rust, so is there anyway to get rid of this or would the sunroof have to be replaced, and how much would that cost? Also the 2 visors on the inside were removed because they kept falling down she said, how much would that be to replace? And lastly the paint is faded so it needs a new paintjob. Is it possible to get a decent paintjob that will last me few years for under a grand? What should i pay for this car, she is asking 5500. and like i said it's hard to find decent mileage vtec lude for sale so i'm kinda desperate...

 

i would offer her $4000-4200 and use the rest of the moeny to fix the rust on the sunroof and get the car professionally repsrayed

the sun visors you could get cheap fro ma totaled lude being parted out.

 

bubbling on the sunroof lol well that is rust and it happened to me too. just get a flathead screwdriver, scrape it all off, and just repaint it with touchup paint. and im sure if you spent some time on it you could fix the lousy sun visors.
