Well after long selfdebate i have decited to not get a BMW and rebuild the Vtec engine i have, its the D16z6 and im starting off by doing the heads then block... however i dotn know how far i should go.. and how much better aftermarket is than stock... i called the Honda dealer and they want about 30 bucks for EACH valve, now if i buy all skunk2 valves its only like an avrage of 27 bucks a valve, i was also wondering if i would notice much diffrence if i get oversized valves instead of stock size. last item im looking for sugguestions on is the valve springs and retainers, i plan on turboing my setup down the road, so will the stock springs hold up and to how much...? thank alot, oh and BTW i have searched around and didnt come up with much just looking for sugguestions not any bashing.. thanks again...

haha trust me man i have thought about it.. but parts for the BMW are way to much... by dream is to own a BMW some day but i jsut dont ahve the money now to do it...

 

You might want to consider knowing that it's VTEC and not vtech. Just a heads up.

just get a new motor get a b or k series you have to have some money if you were considering a BMW

 

Yes theres a diff. but big deal.. last i checked i wasent talking about a phone, or phone manufacturer... use your head people
