hey guys i have a 1988 Crx Si i currently have HX wheels on the rex and i'm planning on getting some 90-93 DA front/back brake conversion. I need some info about this conversion. i have som questions...since the rims are 14's (hx's) will i have any problem putting the 90-93 DA front/back brake conversion? any help anyone...links would be very helpful. thanks
should work, integras use 14's. there might be less clearance than the teg 14's, but its probably fine. if it doesn't fit, it'll be by just a little which can be filed off.

oh... well, put it like this. i have a teg which is practically a part out car and that DA (93) is sitting on them 14's that they come with well, the ones with the ABS cap on the rims. sorry i can't really describe em.... any other stuff i have to buy besides the whole brake conversion...i'm assuming i have the whole conversion since the DA has the whole brake system

crx si rims will not work with the DA front brakes..unless u use wheel spacers...but the HX will work with a little bit of shaving the caliper mount....the rears should be fine for both wheels.....

Just do a search for "brakes" or "rear disc" etc, you will find a lot of info there.

ok, guys. thanks alot so i need 1/8 spacers. hopefully i start working on my brakes soon, i'll post up some pics if i get it through, but most likely i will
i have this set up on my 4 door and i didnt need spacers with the 14" wheels i use as slicks. they are old skool enkeis.

they extend farther up so it messes with your roll center and your camber curve, and you have to get it aligned afterward because your toe might be a little off (but that'll get fixed in alignment)
Shaving brake calipers and using wheel spacers is completely unneccessary with a 14'' wheel. Unless if you have a 13'' wheel, you DO NOT need to do any of that. The 10.3'' rotor will fit under 14'' wheels. And usually when you swap out brakes or suspensions from other cars, you do want an alignment.
