Default POS SI

ok pully bolt came lose so i tightn it know when i start the car with the pully off it rattles untel i get to 45k then it sounds fine. and the car dont start but it turns over any help

You gotta be shittin me, you probably shouldn't be running the car without the harmonic balancer.... are you talking about the pulley that drives the powersteering / alt?
If you are, you have a problem, there has to be at least some weight there....

That and your question has some issues:

when you start the car it rattles until 4500rpm with the pulley off, but then you say it doesn't start. So does your starter actually spin your motor at 4500rpm? god i hope not...

just pulled up to my house turned it off and tryed to turn it back on but no luck

Uh, your crank pulley bolt came off because your dumb *** didn't tighten it enough...

Get an impact, hit it with 150psi and be done with it.

It could be the key in your pulley came out. Don't know if that would cause it to rattle that bad.

if the key is missing, then the pulley would slip on the shaft would it not? other than the key its perfectly round......
