does anyone now where i can find the ecu on 88 civic hatch

 

Pull up the carpet in the passenger footwell. Remove the 4 10mm nuts holding the metal ecu cover down. Remove the metal plate and voila there is the ecu. hth

 

most likely mounted up against the firewall or right where the passenger seat would put his/her feet at. like right where the floor curves up into the dash, pull out the carpet right there and there should be a plate (goldish, yellowish) that covers the ecu

passenger side where yer feet go....lift up that carpet and low and behold...there it is

 

yes it's on the passenger side.remove the carpet and you find it
