Default Intake, header, hi-flow cat, exhaust...what's next???

I have a 2000 civic si with the following mods:

-AEM V2 intake
-DC Sports header
-Random Technology hi-flow cat
-Greddy Evo 2 exhaust

I don't have the money to purchase a turbo system and was wondering what you guys think i should do next to increase the horsepower...intake manifold, camshaft, cam gears, ignition wires, iridium spark plugs, etc.??? I know that i can research all this but I want your opinions based on experience. Basically how can I achieve the most horsepower without a turbo??? What brands as well??? Thanks!

Portflow Springs & Retainers
RM M22 or Dynamic Autosport Spec A cams

OR keep your stock valetrain and:

Civic Type R cams

-Sell the DC and buy a 98 ITR header.
-Sell the AEM V2 and buy the AEM CAI original.

Im just recommending what I would do in your position. Good luck.

It won't sound like ****, I have no cat on my setup. I have a Edelbrock header going into a test pipe into a Type R muffler, and it sounds good, almost like stock, just got a nice deeper tone.
