Default White Smoke + Bogging and Stuttering = ?

Bad head gasket?

It's an all the time thing, now. Not just when I start it up and the spark plugs are white.

I'm going to check the radiator now.

The oil looks fine and so does the coolant.

The car isn't overheating at all. It's just stuttering and blowing out white smoke.

If I cut the car off, while driving, wait and then cut it back on then it's fine again.

I don't get it.

I already changed out the ECU's, both are working just fine.

white smoke is coolant, blue smoke is oil. change your headgasket before it starts to overheat, and you warp your head.

i have to fill up my coolant every day
it can only drive for like 20min max b4 major smoke comes out and overheating

since all my coolant is burning or leaking out i use 80% water 20% coolant

unless you think it's likely that it's gonna freeze soon, I would be using 100% water until you fix that headgasket.

One more vote for headgasket. Although you more often see smoke in turbo applications. Hmmm..
And boy oh boy do those smoke. Esp in race applications.

So, did you check the coolant level and does it drop after you fil it up? If so, then I'd agree on the headgasket. Although, if it were the headgasket, I'd think you would have water in oil/ oil in water.

If you're not losing any coolant, you may have another problem. White smoke could also mean you're running way too lean. Have you checked your timing?

Head gasket. Fix it ASAP or you'll be replacing an engine..

White Smoke - Water Based
Blue smoke - Oil Based

Change your oil, flush your rad, if you still can't figure it out, pop the head and take a look.
