The oil looks fine and so does the coolant.
The car isn't overheating at all. It's just stuttering and blowing out white smoke.
If I cut the car off, while driving, wait and then cut it back on then it's fine again.
I don't get it.
I already changed out the ECU's, both are working just fine.

I'm going to check the radiator now.</TD></TR></TABLE>
So, did you check the coolant level and does it drop after you fil it up? If so, then I'd agree on the headgasket. Although, if it were the headgasket, I'd think you would have water in oil/ oil in water.
If you're not losing any coolant, you may have another problem. White smoke could also mean you're running way too lean. Have you checked your timing?
