Clutch is smooth when car is cold but when driven/warmed up it squeeks ??
Why is it that in the mornings or the afternoons when I first hop into the car, the clutch is smooth during its full throw, but after some driving the clutch pedal starts to squeek and stick at the end of the throw becoming pretty squeeky and full of friction making it hard to drive well ??
How much is a good price for a dealer to take out of the tranny and lube the clutch fork ?? Im at 60k miles and have yet to change the clutch, is now a good time ?? No slipping whatsoever though.

a sh!tload.
seriously, while you're in there, replace the release bearing. total parts < $50 at autozone. it isn't that hard, really. get a good manual. $70 for helms, $15 for a cheap one that will get you by from autozone since this is easy.

from the dealer? "if you have to ask, you can't afford it" comes to mind. think $700 or so maybe? not too far from there for certain. anyways, just change the release bearing. it's MAYBE $50 at autozone, and it really really sounds like your problem.

my car has this same problem... i dont understand it either.... but mine has 152k on it....
He is right. try the little stuff such as new lubricant because if that is the problem, you will save yourself a pain in the *** clutch change.
