Nope, they are slightly different depending on the year and model.
Do you have a gsr or non-vtec model?
If you have a 95 GSR, the cat length should be the same as the 96 GSR cat, however, I think the 96 cat will have an extra o2 bung (obd2 vs obd1, of course, that is easily solved if you just plug the 2nd bung). They will be the same length though.
If you have a 95 LS, you need a 94 or 95 LS cat, because they have no o2 bung at all, because the o2 is located on the collector of the header. The 96-01 LS, as well as the 00-01 GSR and ITR will have 1 o2 on the header, and 1 o2 on the cat.

Okaaay, let me see if I can do this puzzle in my head.
All 94-01 LS have the same exhaust, cat, and header length. The only difference is that 94-95 will have 1 o2 in the header, and none in the cat, while 96+ will have 1 o2 in the cat and 1 o2 in the header. Since you are obd1, your LS header with the existing o2 bung will do the job, so you could use any 94-01 LS, 00-01 GSR, or 97-01 ITR cat (length is same), and just make sure that it doesn't have an o2 bung at all or that it is welded/plugged for you. The safe bet is to just get one for a 94-95 LS, but you could also get a 96+ and plug it or hope it comes without a bung already.
