Default Anyone know why my stick-shift vibrate and buzz?

Recently after I have my 60K tune-up, my car have been buzzing whenever I reach 3rd gear. When I accelerate, no buzz, but when I let it go, the buzz/vibrate on the stick again. It makes a noise that I'm kind of getting annoy at. Anyone ever have this happen to them?

1998 GSR.

stock shifter or short? the exhaust could be touching the bottom of the shifter and making it vibrate and rattle.

my integra rattled/buzzed before and after i put in my short shifter. but, now i know that the shifter IS hitting the shield, it makes a really ******* annoying sound every time i move it forward, into 1st, 3rd and 5th this pisses me off, as the resistance has made me miss 2nd gear a few times
