no crazy ofset..the Rotor is 28mm thick ITRs are 23mm thick if you kept the ITR you have to grind at teh caliper to offset it with the rotor correctly.....i jsut ran the NSX rotors and mounted the camipers...its a bolt up

now my rear NSX calipers needed a bracket

You're probably running Legend rotors, not NSX rotors.

Huh?

How does your wheel have clearance problems with itself?

I don't get it.

....with the NSX calipers bolted to a stock knuckle? Without any modifications (no spacers, etc?)

There is something missing here....about 14mms worth

Yes, he must be the first one to make this work bolt on, everyone else have to run Legend rotors as far as I know.

Bruno (Darkteg) ran NSX rotors; he had to use some special bolts and spacers if I remember - his thread is still in archives, but the pics are down.

Correct, 14mm offset difference that has to be made up with spacers, or bracket, plus longer bolts....not that I would advise anyone to do that...Not worth it since Legend rotors are a direct bolt-on AFAIK.

if u read i stated that i had a bracket used in the rear to offset the calipers fromthe knuckle....

correct.....

to be honest i think the rear are overkill for a DC due to the fact that NSX have all its weight in the back.......but its always nice to see that PHAT *** rotor behind the rear wheels along with NSX at all for corners!

I'm not talking about the rear calipers.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Snoflake &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote"> ..i jsut ran the NSX rotors and mounted the camipers...its a bolt up</TD></TR></TABLE>

I'm asking how exactly is it a bolt up....I don't see it happenining without a 14mm spacer between the ITR knuckle and NSX front caliper.

Yes but we wonder how the fronts are supposed to be a bolt on affair, and this you have not explained yet. Or are you trying to tell us you are using a bracket on the rear (inside?) of the front knuckles to make it fit? But pics of this would still be nice, please.

I would run Legend rotors...too much work to get NSX rotors to fit. As an alternative you can go NSX NA2 (2002-) NSX Calipers and Odyssey RA9 rotors. but you will need 16" wheels.

And that is a bolt-on setup?
