Honda Accord Question
Hi I have never worked on a Honda Accord before. I was wondering, where is the ECU and diagnostic plug located? The CEL is on and I just want to jump the plug to find out what code it is shooting. Thank you kindly.

not sure on the 2000...
On my 96 the ashtray pulls out and the plug is right behind it. Might check your owner's manual.
By the way, your tittle of "Honda Accord Question" is REALLY general. You did post in the Accord forum after all.

Dont worry about it, just remember next time.
Similar to maybe next year the damn lake show might play better.

The OBD-2 connector is under the dashboard, way to the left near the hood-lever. AutoXone & places like that usually read codes for free. Get the code number, sometimes their explanations get pretty creative.
The 'ECU' is called a PCM (powertrain control module) because it includes an auto tranny controller. It's located way forward, centered under the console, under the carpeting, kinda alongside your toe when you're driving.
