you can have the PR3 chipped to use only one, or you could change distributors and use a wiring harness adapter to run an OBD1 ECU.

You can get your ecu reprogrammed, there are a few people on this board who provide such service. You could also get a non-obd to obd1 wiring conversion harness. IMO, just get your ecu re-chipped and enjoy the added benefits.

get a pw0 it has only one o2 sensor and they make programs for it also not as many though if u decide to get one however make sure it is a manuel car that it came from cause alot of them were automatics or u can run one o2 and put bith wires on it like alot of people do running the obd1 or 2 will not help u in anyway at all
