what headlights you have in the car. IF you have high wattage bulbs it can cause this problem. if you have highwattage ones, replace them with normal ones and see what happens. otherwise check your main power lead to the fusebox in the engine bay and make sure it is tight. It looks like from what you say that power is being interrupted

I would like to mention these lights came ON one by one after 3-4 weeks difference each. Do you think there is some resetting to be done . If so how?

well here is my diagnosis without seeing the car
first off try to find someone with a scanner or diagnostic tool.
the srs light is probally a seat belt latch those i think are still covered under a saftey warrenty. i forget the cut-off
and the abs is prolly a wheel speed sensor thats pretty common.
but double check that

Thanks for your opinion.

I would like to bring into your notice that in my quest of getting rid of the check engine light problem . The mechanics have changed the following so far .
Timing Belt
Water Pump,
Cam Seal
Crank Seal.
Alt Belt,
P/s Belt
Rear Main Seal,Cam Seal, Rear Main Seal,
Oil Filter housing gasket + hoses,
Oil Pan Gasket, Valve Cover Gasket,
Battery,
The list goes on but am nowhere to get a permanent solution. Not to mention the money charged for all this.

The latest report from dealer says for Check engine Light On problem -- cleaning of EGR Port to correct the problem and he checked for code PO401. It worked fine but only for 2 months.

For SRS he changed the battery again it worked for a month. now he says you need to replace SRS control ckt. which is again expensive.

for ABS is another story it was coming on after driving for 40-50 miles but when dealer saw he said replace modulator ckt . and when took delivery its permanently on.

Hope you will have sympathy with me.. and help me sort the problem someway.
Thanks again.

Please tell me some of this was general maintenance and not just trying to fix the light. Belts, seals, and belts? That's not gonna do anything for you!

Definitely get the codes scanned, its quite possible they're not related.
