anyway ive got a serious problem, on my 99 ex , i cant find out why my alternator isnt getting power to the battery, alternator replaced no luck, tightened the prongs no luck. someone help an honest dude out who needs to get to work. oh and one more thing a friend drove the car and slammed it into gear and the speedometer stopped working and the car wouldnt rev past 5000 all this happened in the same day wondering if it could be a wiring problem bc the car was swapped from auto to manual

 

bump, anyone know whats goin on, where is all these honda tech know it alls at

 

did this happen just after you swapped from automatic to manual?

did it ever run right after you swapped transmissions?

did you swap out the ECU when you changed over?

need more details

 

mine does the same thing when turn to the on postion the fuse for the alternator blows already??
