What do you plan to do with your car....drag, road race, or what?
i haven't heard much about spoon but toda B's are for midrange power/road racing
imo you should get Jun 3 if your gonna drag but you need 12:1 compression + tuning to bring them out...

imo toda cams have a rough idle...jun cams r less aggressive but yet kick ***...go for the jun 2 if u wanna road race or jun 3 if u wanna drag..only bad thing is that they make only power at the top of the rpm ..like 7k on and in order for them to work really well u need a high comp so they can breath....if u want the toda cams and dont mind the rough idle go for the toda b's

The spoon cams are a lot more mild than the Toda B's.

spoon cams are not that aggressive..those cams r made just for a car that is porperly tuned using spoon parts..imo a waste of money to buy them.if not tuned correctly they r just liek buying a set of ctr/itr cams...just stick with either toda or jun...or ctr/itr if u wanna just chill and not rev past 8500 rpm...ctr/itr cams kick *** in the mid-range especially if u r on a budget...depends on what u wanna do..either ctr/itr cams more street cams for midrange power only and no drag racing to and can go past 8500 rpm or toda/jun cams for drag and kick *** power at the top end...what do u wanna do??

I feel your comparing to different purpose cams.

Quality they are both top notch however the spoons may have the slight egde because the are made by honda

Performance well i know the todas will give better results especailly in the top end IF AND ONLY IF you are willing to purchase an aftermarket vavle train, possibly upgrade your bottom end and get tuned the spoons are more of a drop in set off cams ( alittle more aggressive than itr stock cams

JUN less aggressive??? they have 10 degrees more duration than TODA Cs. its true they idle like poo poo though. i have JUN 3s, extremely aggressive, stock idle, better gas mileage than stock too. i dont know how that came about but the odometer dont lie.
