For those ep3 owners who have a progress rear sway installed and are going insane because of the exhaust rattling on your swaybar there is a cheap cure..I went to the muffler shop and the guy installed 2 polyurethane donut hangers on my hks hipower. The donuts are made by a company called bozani and are half the length of the oem rubber donuts, which brought the muffler up by an inch and a half, now it doesn't rattle anymore..and all I paid was 10

 

thanks because i am about to buy the progress sway bars. my exhaust already rattles when i am on the freeway when i change lanes but that really would have drove me nuts.

 

What muffler shop did you go to, was it a chain store or a private store? Thanks for the help.

I use to rap a sheet of header wrap around my swaybar becuase the rattle was making me friggin nutz..But header wrap is expensive and is always moving from side to to side.. I went to a shop in Fullerton called the "muffler man" but any exhaust shop should have a wide variety of rubber donuts
