B18B and B18C valve springs interchangeable?

B18B and B18C valve springs interchangeable?
Anyone know FIRST HAND if the valve springs and retainers (specifically Crower)from a B18B will fit without modification or other alteration and perform flawlessly on a B18C1?

I don't know if this makes any difference, but GSR's have dual intake valve springs, don't they? LS's don't.
