We are staying at the Holiday Inn Express just down from the track.

That is where we are staying as well....Im sure its sold out by now because it is the closest to the track. I think the next closest is a Comfort Inn (or one of that chain).

The best thing for hotels is to go to my website and find a link to the track and see what they have to offer

 

Be careful with the Holiday Inn, they jack the price up just for this event. You can get a room for half the price at another hotel.

Quality Inn(Remodled last year)

There are 2 for you, not sure of the others around there, but the Holiday Inn Exp. is almost double what everyone else's rates are.

 

Holiday Inn for us was $95 to give you an idea....but we have rewards nights from following these damn race series everywhere, so we get to use them at the expensive ones

 

Yea, they are selling them with out rewards for $119.00 a night. Dinwiddie, VA??

 

Ours was $96 with the rewards

Which is not too bad for a REALLY nice hotel VERY close to the track.

 

Good job on those for that rate. Now the rooms are $129.00 or $116.00 with rewards.

when I booked them through priority club it was $96 for the King suite......but, with just 20000 points its FREE!

 

Our room is 104 with no rewards or anything just straight up at the Holiday Inn.

 

See, there rates are all over the board, that is why we avoided the thiefs this year.

 

I am at the host hotel, hampton inn? Is that a ghetto place? If memory serves me right, there are a lot of bad areas over there.

 

Im getting a hotel in petersburg for 75 a night, only one bed though

a bunch of dudes in one bed?

 

if it is anything like the Hampton in MD, you will be cool......we felt like ballers and were paying $10 more than the Econo Lodge

 

we just got ours from the travelodge

 

On a side note...

I highly reccomend everyone to eat at the Waffle House. It was a source of hilarity like none other.

I got rooms at the days inn at exit 45 off of 95 for $62.99/night

We will be there with both cars. Staceys car is ready for comp 4, a llittle short on hp. The integra is running great, even better when the GT40 gets here next week. Just gotta get a tranny to stay together. We are driving up on Friday. You down for some more Outback?
