Default Skunk2 IM & TB in EG question.....

i just picked up a Skunk2 IM and am thinking about picking up their new 68MM throttle body

i know i've already seen pictures of an H22 EG6 w/ the intake manifold.... just wanted to know how much of a problem the fuel filter and proportioning valve are... how much do they need to be moved? did you have to "massage" the firewall??

also.... i see that the opening on the IM is only 65MM.... if i get the 68MM throttle body, will i have to bore the opening to 68MM??
or maybe a better question..... is their 68MM throttle body really worth the $$$???

thanks a lot!

What other mods do you have?

I know that some people swapping in the h22 into their civ, they had to cut the firewall to get that skunk2 IM in.....try looking at other options....

Yeah, you would have to bore it to 68mm....why? because otherwise, it would be a waste of time.....

........bringing in a lot of air, just to be restricted by the IM =

........bringing in a lot of air, and keeping it =

But don't forget- more air requires more fuel......

After that said - i hope i get you on the right track.
