I'm really a big fan of the Carbing bars. Full JDM look. As far as a review; I know some peeps up here running the full set(front, rear, c-pillar) and all of them say they're great. If I had the cash to pony up for them I would.

On a side note, the password JDM front bar are of the same design for a little cheaper. Check out the Performance Section

Password claims that the beams they use have an inner supports where the carbings are hollow. I would still buy the carbings for the JDM factor...

PWJDM

Carbing is also well constructed, but they're meant for RHD and don't fit quite as well as the PW's from what I hear.

There are LHD Carbings available. I like the DC Sports blue bar, full USDM look.

I love mine, and you can actually feel the difference in the rigidity of the car compared to oem when cornering hard, it fits fine except it makes it near impossible to unscrew the brake reservoir when you need to add fluids. But its not that hard to remove four bolts to take off the strut bar.

Well considering that I have a REAL JDM Itr then you may or may not realize how rare it is and how I would want to keep japanese parts on the car!!!

Also with a stiffer chassis, improper tires and suspension a less experienced driver could very well think he/she has alot more understeer!!!

How does one quantify a 'good strut bar' ?

I sure as hell don't know how I could (just by looking) deterimine what is and what is not a good design. And I sure as hell have no idea if " when i put on my mugen strut bar it felt *different* " is a good different or not.

I suppose Any bar for the front is good enough, and a rear bar is nice too, unless you have a rollbar at which time it becomes a bit unnecessary.

Chris - who really does not understand this Forum when it comes to comments of 'good design' and 'good results' - on what basis? Look, Bling, and a tower bar/suspension-esque butt dyno?

Not picking on anyone in particular. Picking on everyone.
