Clear radiator hoses?
Wouldn't they be green because of the coolant flowing in them?
Call up the company and ask what the pressure and temperature capacity is of them. If they match OEM specs, they'll hold. I'm talking out of my ***.

green coolant would change the color of the hose. i don't think i would waste money doing it

yep, just imagine how nasty they will end up looking after a few miles.

I would actually be using Toyota Red coolant. They also make Cool Blue coolant for motorcycles too. I would have to check if it is good for cars though.
Why not water and Redline water wetter, it cools better than anifreeze and since its getting warm(at least here) you do without the antifreeze.
With water wetter, both my race rig and street cars ran cooler.
And it would be a very light pink in the hoses, 1 pt to 2 gallons of water.

yeah the new Honda coolant is blue. And smells like play-doh. I think clear hose would look good until they stained on the inside. Then they would look like *** like my oil catch can lines

haha i don't even think anyone does this because it is "Rice" or because like the coolant dries up on the hose and leaves a stain. heh, sucks.
Diff color hose is good enuf, or stock. -=D

sounds like a good idea, and looks good on a show car in a magazine, but its at BAD idea.. I'm willing to bet they would last, but that clear tube will be corroded looking in less than a week.
If you want color then invest in some samco colored hoses.
**i'm willing to bet most people would consider it rice**

Bullshit you can't. If you flush a coolant system, you can put whatever the **** you want in it, although I would advise against Dex-Cool because they're being sued right now for selling GM coolant that eats through aluminum
. Woot.
By the way, as someone who has done coolant flushes for the past two years in his spare time, you can get coolant in all of the following colors:
Red (Toyota/Lexus), Orange (Dex-cool), Yellow (Ford and Chrysler extended life), Green (duh), Blue (Honda OEM 2004+) and even Purple and Clear - although I don't remember the origins of the last two.
So many choices, such a waste of thought.

You are probably mistaking the "clear RADIATOR hoses" for oil catch can hoses, sometims they are pretty hink and maybe thats what you were seeing because i have seen clear ones for the catch cans.....
But who cares, clear radiator hoses would look like hell after a quick ride
Get Spoon hoses instead of some jacked clear ones with "blue coolant", so much nicer
