tweeter question

does eg come with plugs for tweeters inside the door panels?

Not unless the car came with tweeters from the factory.

Don't separate tweeters come in a component unit? Wouldn't plugging tweeters directly to the headunit blow them because they wouldn't have a correct crossover to direct the correct sound to the speaker?
