b16 obd1 converted way to much fuel??

Default b16 obd1 converted way to much fuel??
i have a crx with a b16 i converted it to obd1 with a harness i bought and a new o2 sensor ect... well its dumping tons of fuel in the motor and i dont know why does any one else know why????
