Hey, i would like my console/speedometer cluster to glow a different color than the stock green most hondas have, i wanted to know how i would go about doing this, someone mentioned to me there are a few lights on the inside with gels. This true?

Most importantly, as to most, how much work and money will be required for this?

yeah, the bulbs have some condoms on them. i know inside my 92 accord there are 9 bulbs for the dash, and quite a few more for the other lights inside the car. i used some ghetto red tape on the back of the gauges, and removed the condoms lol. talk about a $2 investment
