An NCO is a Non-Comissioned Officer which is a very priveledged rank (which I am one)

Usually when your an NCO, that means you are placed in a categoryof high importance.

This kid definitely needs to be kicked out. Im calling his First Sergeant tomorrow. A First Sergeant takes care of all the enlisted personnel within the Squadron (which he is enlisted)
