Default M22 cams in stock b16?

I want to get sum cams and my motor is stock bottom end. Will the m22 cams benifit my set-up or hurt it. I heard both sides of the story. Some say they will bog and some say they will rip, which is it?. Rocket please chime in on this one .
list of mods waiting to be installed:

fake j's racing intake(installed)
-68mm tb
-aebs manifold (cleaned up inside)
-hondata intake mani gasket
-mugen headgasket (.4-.5 raise in compresson)
-vibrant 4-1 ss header
-2.5 cat back (installed)
-testpipe 2.5"
-hondata s200
-10lb flywheel
-act stg3 clutch.
(maybe mill the head a tad bump it like .3-.4 compession)

The question is which cams will rip on my set-up?: (I dont mind raising my rev limit to 9k+,also dont mind losing low end to rip high end))

You'll lose your low-end, but you'll make good power way up top.

Yeah, key word is "way up top." Allot of people, including myself underestimated these camshafts. I bought mine from Aqua and let me tell ya, the vtec lobes are about as wide as my thumb....ALLOT of duration Rocket himself probably wouldn't reccommend them...I've heard him say this. Maybe pm him, see what he says.

What's with people wanting to overcam their motors? I can't wait for you to go driving around at 9k rpm on your stock bottom end too. Maybe think about rod bolts.

There are also Rocket Motorsports M20 regrinds. These are a base circle regrind so the lobes are not touched. Comes with a single spring valvetrain good to 9,500 or you can get them with the "usual" RM valvetrain. These are between ITR/CTR and M22X.

That sounds like a good cam to me for your motor man......and the RM valvetrain cannot be beat. I would personally seriously consider these..........
