Default Howling Noise?

I just purchased my very first prelude, a 93 si. When I reach about 35+ mph you start to hear a sort of howling noise from the back. I'm not sure if this is typical to the car, or if it is the tires or what. Just wanted all your guys opinion on how to maybe help fix this.

I will likely have more questions as this is a new car to me so thank you all ahead of time for your help.

the muffler or a bald rear tire or bad wheel bearing. Jack up the car and spin the rear wheels and check for play and/or sloppyness.

Thanks a lot guys, I will look for these things first thing tomorrow. Also, one of the front head light housing is broken. Is there a place to replace them with? None of those Euro/altezza things or whatever, just normal looking ones. I was researching a little but to no avail, some are up in the $700 range..!!!? I'm lookin to spend as little as possible for this type of thing, but nothing that's crap. Thank ya'll very much.

the wheel bearin could be bad and there could be too little play to be able to detect it by hand so drive it at like 45 and turn hard to the right and left and see if the noise goes away or quiets down a lot. if it does then you know a bearing is bad. to determine which is bad i recommend using a stethostope\
