oil dipstick question
hey
i know my dip stick has 2 hole on the bottem and a metal scratch abit ontop of the holes..,
but how do i know if my oils low or just right
when its at the top hole does it mean its full or should it be at the dash ontop of the holes..

I've never noticed the dash! I may be out of it, though.
The oil should be at the topmost hole, I'd assume that the dash (if it really exists)would be the level for after an oil change, slight overfill in other words.

oh ok ..why should we over fill whenwe do an oil change..
the dash i have on mine been manualy done after i got my engine replaced i noticed the dash..
so i supposed the tech put it..

We have noticed that H22, H23, F-series, seem to have different length dipsticks. Something to keep in mind, because they are interchangeable and look alike otherwise...
