Default PS removing help ??

Converting the rack to manual, but unsure about how to do the coupling on the 3 lines.

Do it like this.

Is the reservoir like a small breather, or something else. and i would also like to now this...

I prefer to leave the reservoir/breather empty, and only have enough fluid in the system to keep the rack itself full. The reservoir is really there to allow the system to breath and to catch any occasional excess fluid.
