Default 92-95 coupe exhaust on a 96-98?

will it bolt right up or do the hangers need to be re-welded? any other modification necessary?

it will bolt right in, no modifications needed at all. All hangers line up, but you won't use both of the hangers that are by the resonator, you'll only use one, which is all you'll need.

yeah the 92-95 exhaust will bolt right on. i just put a full exhaust and header on my 98 civic, the box said it was for a 92-95 civic and it fits perfect. and there is an extra hanger by the resonator, it doesnt get in the way of anything but i just cut it off anyway.

SWEET! thanks for the info guys. this info should hold true for aftermarket (3" Kteller) exhausts too, right?
