Torque specs and seals (gsr)

Torque specs and seals (gsr)
my block is being built, but the builder needs the torque specs.. does anyone know them for sure?.. i know its prob been asked a hundred times but i cant seem to find them on here...
TORQUE SPECS
- ARP rod bolts = ?
- Crank Main bolts (OEM) = ?
- ARP Head bolts ? (gsr) = ?
- Cam caps (inner and outter) = ?
SEALS
what seals do i need for the block ex. main crank seal?.. i dont know which ones exactly to ask for @ the dealer.

uhm no he dosent know the specs because hes all about american cars he knows his **** and probably far more then most ppl.. at least he asked me to get the RIGHT specs. lol most ppl dont even care and wing it
