Default Lost motion assembly?
I know lost motion assemblys are offered in type rs, question is, what are they? What's their purpose.

VTEC engines have lost motion assemblies. The middle, or VTEC cam lobe rides on the rocker arm and lost motion assembly spring when not in VTEC mode.
