Whats up guys. Tried searching for this topic with no luck. The thread of one the bolts that holds my rear upper control arm to the chassis has been stripped and also the hole that it goes into (#25 in pic). How would i go about searching for the size for the tap to re-thread? Ive tried checking majestic for the bolt size and it says 10x30 which doesnt seem right to me. Does anyone know where i can find info on the thread size for the tap? I checked at sears and the say things like 7/16-14 Standard Tap Coarse. Which one should i pick? Or do you guys think i should just bring in the bolt? Please help! TIA

You are looking at the wrong tap. Look for a metric tap.
