Will 95 calipers fit on 90 teg brakes?
My brother has a 90 teg LS and he has a sticking caliper. To make matters worse, he is flat BROKE.
I have a set of 95 GSR front brakes. Will the calipers work?

Yes, they will interchange just fine. Just be sure to use the pads that match the caliper.
