Hey I'm new here, I tried searching for this topic, but i couldn't find anything on it. Does anyone know if my 95 dx tranny mount would work with a b18b. I got the swap and the mount wasn't included. Thanks

 

I believe that all of the b18 (both vtec - c and non-vtec - b) tranny mounts (on tranny) will bolt up to your EG chassis tranny mount. I *think* the same is for all of the other mounts as well (Driver side block mount, rear motor mount, secondary tranny mount and A/C mount - though that one depends on whether or not you want to retain your A/C)

I'm pretty sure this topic is in the search indexer, maybe next time try to do an "archive" search as well... just in case.

 

I do believe that you'll have to invest in a mount from an Integra. Fortunately they're not expensive.

 

you need the B series tranny mount for the b series tranny. The D will not work.

 

Hey thanks guys, I figured i needed to go for the integra mount. I just wanted to make sure.

 

also on the rear bracket, we have the B18b mount, buy its missing the lower 2 bolts, will the stock civic bolts work? i believe they are both 17mm and about 4" in length.

and would the stock civic bolts work to hold the integra upper tranny mount down? cause we don;t have those bolts either, but will be getting a teg mount soon. sense the DX won;t work
