i use to have a 94 gsr and when i bought the dc 4-1 header for my car it didn't fit all the way to the cat though the bolts on the head line up perfect. i had to add about 2 inches to the stock pipes to mate the header to the exhaust. i'm kind of wondering what model header it was made for in the first place.

Probably an LS. Note that most GSR's use a different header length than all of the other Integra's.
